New Sewer Connections & Diversions

Mains Sewer Connections for New Properties

We can install new sewer connections or diversions for new and existing properties to  connect to the mains sewer.

Exjet is a Highways and Water Authority approved specialist contractor, and can guide you through the whole process from initial consultation through to final installation and inspection.

With extensive experience in this type of work we aim to make the whole process as simple as possible for our clients.  We will happily undertake all elements of any scheme whilst liaising with the relevant council and water authorities on your behalf, including:

  • Production and submission of sewer design drawings and maps
  • Section 50/171 highways notices and road closure permits
  • Section 106 water authority permissions (consent to discharge waste into the public sewer)
  • Final checks and inspections

Free Initial Consultation

To ensure that you have a clear understanding of the required works, we offer an initial consultation meeting free of charge.

That way we can let you know about potential issues that may apply to your project, along with associated costs.
